The COA will confirm whether the product contains the correct strength  of CBD that the brand claims and most importantly, it will inform you of the product’s THC level. Full spectrum CBD contains all of the naturally occurring compounds of the hemp plant including THC. If you want to reap the full benefits of the cannabis plant and don’t mind consuming some THC, opt for a full spectrum CBD product to enjoy the ‘entourage effect,’ a term used by researchers suggesting that CBD works better and is more effective when taken together with other cannabinoids and organic compounds. 

Broad spectrum CBD also has all of the naturally occurring compounds of the cannabis plant except for THC. Although broad spectrum CBD is THC-free, it only contains the minor compounds that make full spectrum CBD so great. 

CBD Isolate is the purest form of CBD. As the name suggests, the CBD is isolated from the other compounds of the plant so it is completely THC-free. 

Most CBD users look for  full spectrum CBD because they want the whole bit of the cannabis plant with all the cannabinoids and other compounds working in synergy. Others choose broad spectrum CBD because they want all the other bits of the plant but no THC. CBD isolate is the cheapest option and whose effects are least notable so it is mostly preferred by CBD starters and those testing the waters.

While CBD bath soaps may come in varying CBD strengths, aim for at least 50mg of CBD which is a comfortable enough strength to consume topically. Since water may dilute the concentration, some may prefer a higher dosage of at least 200mg of CBD but take note that a quality bar of CBD soap doesn’t always mean maximum strength CBD.
